Amy
(OWNER, COSMETOLOGIST)
Amy has been in the service industry since she was 16 years old, where she began as a host and quickly became the restaurant manager at Bill Knapp’s at 18 years old. It was one of her favorite jobs because she spoke to people all day long, and made sure they were satisfied with their experience.
Amy has been doing hair, nails and skin care for 18 years, and still gets excited about being in the cosmetology industry, and enjoys finding new services and ways to help her clients feel their best. Currently, she is offering hair, nails, and limited skincare services at Radiant U.
Amy loves to garden, raises chickens, loves camping and spending time with her husband and dog, Lola. She loves the outdoors and if it’s summer, you’ll find her in the backyard enjoying the birds and sunshine.
Val
( AESTHETICIAN)
Valeriana (Val, or Ali, as we all call her for short) has been in the service industry since she was 16. More specifically, she’s spent 10 years in the beauty industry.
Val spent several years in Jackson Hole, WY, working at a 5-star resort spa in the Four Seasons. Currently she works at Radiant U Tuesdays, Thursdays, and every other Wednesday. Days she is not at RU, she does nails at a spa in Saginaw. She is licensed in both esthetics and manicuring, and graduated with honors from Douglas J Esthiology program.
Val enjoys her time with her fiancé, her dog, and loves to travel.
Stephanie
FRONT DESK COORDINATOR
Stephanie and her husband Jeremy have 2 school age children, and she loves being able to work somewhere that can be flexible with her schedule. She enjoys spending time on the ball fields with her daughter, and her son keeps her on her toes with his great sense of humor and antics.
Stephanie enjoys camping and the great outdoors, and volunteers at the kid’s school.
She keeps things tidy and in order at the spa, and is always going above and beyond to make sure everyone has what they need so our whole spa can serve our clients in the best most efficient way possible.
