Spa policies

To ensure our guests always receive the greatest treatment experience, if for some reason you decide against a treatment that has been prepaid for, (package or gift card) unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package, or balance of gift card) can be applied to any other service we offer at Radiant U.

  • Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
  • Package purchases are non-refundable.
  • Packages expire after 15 months.
  • Monthly memberships may be canceled at the discretion of RU staff for client reasons. If you need to pause your monthly membership, contact us right away.
Skinceuticals sales are non-refundable but may be exchanged if there is a proven allergic reaction to the product.

Cancellation Policy:

Please give us 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Missed appointments may be deducted from packages at service provider discretion.

$25 cancellation fee applies to all no-call no-show appointments day of or less than 24 hours notice given.
